King Swamp Guy is the ruler of all Swamp Guys. He lives under the Sparkling Marsh in The Swamp guy kingdom. He has mostly everything a regular swamp guy has except a gold mask, and a blue crown. He's really friendly and charitable but when his kingdom is at risk he'll do anything to protect it.

Mind controlled

In Paper Luigi: The Power Of The Holiday Symbols Bowser puts a mind controller on his head where his crown is supposed to be.It looks similar to his crown so his people don't notice.When Luigi comes he attacks, soon the mind control helmet is broken.He thanks Luigi for his help.Luigi tells the story then asks him for the crystal shamrock.He then gladly gives him to Luigi and that chapter is over.He is last seen in the Mushroom Kingdom parade in the credits.
