Hammer |
Special | Seizing this item makes the user unleash a barrage of hammer swings on a opponent. The attack itself is quite powerful but the user will lose the ability to perform midair jumps and special moves while attacking with it. Sometimes the head of the hammer will fall right off. | |
Smart Bomb |
Explosive | A bomb that explodes with a large blast radius when thrown, destroying anything in its reach. May occasionally fail. | |
Beam Sword |
Battering | An item to be held, allowing the user to perform long-distance sideways attacks with the Sword. The more a Smash Attack is charged, the longer the beam of the sword extends. | |
Sandbag |
Special | Beating Sandbag up make it drop items and food. As Sandbag accumulates damage, it gradually becomes easier to hit far distances. | |
Mr. Saturn |
Throwing | A relatively weak item that can be thrown at opponents multiple times. Also a good shield breaker. | |
Bob-omb |
Explosive | A simple and powerful bomb. If it is left untouched for a little while, it will get up and walk around on its own. If one is thrown directly at an opponent, it explodes and causes a huge amount of knockback. Once enough time has passed in Sudden Death, Bob-ombs start to fall from the sky in droves. | |
Trophy Stand |
Throwing | This item turns enemies into trophies in Clash of Dimensions. Stronger enemies must be sufficiently weakened to be successfully turned into a trophy. | |

Banana Peel |
Throwing | Can be dropped on the stage. If other characters touch it, the character will trip over it and fall. | |
Pitfall |
Throwing | Can be set on the ground. Other characters fall straight into a pit when walking over it, or if hit directly with it. | |
Maxim Tomato |
Recovery | These tomatoes are emblazoned with a striking letter "M." Eating one of these reduces the consumer's damage by 50 percentage points. | |
Deku Nut |
Throwing | Throwing one of these near an enemy with creates a flash that stuns foes temporarily. When the Deku Nut makes contact with an opponent in midair, it can send them quite a distance. | |
Heart Container |
Recovery | Picking up one of these reduce the damage by 100 percentage points. Heart Containers float slowly to the ground once they appear. | |
Bumper |
Throwing | When thrown, it lies on the ground or floats in the air and hits back all characters touching it. Relatively powerful, and players can be KO'd. | |
Bunny Hood |
Transformation | The Bunny Hood provides a substantial boost to the user's running speed and jumping height. | |
Cracker Launcher |
Shooting | Shoots out fireworks. Players can adjust the aim. | |
Back Shield |
Status | Defends the wearer from attacks towards their back. | |
Dragoon |
Special | When a player manages to collect all three parts of it, he or she can ram into the stage, knocking out all players within the crosshair. | |
Bullet Bill |
Transformation | Turns players into bullet bills and fire them in certain directions. | |
Warp Star |
Special | The user takes a ride on a Warp Star to launch a vicious attack from above on the opponent. It can be controlled where the Warp Star falls by using the Control Stick. | |
Screw Attack |
Throwing, Status | While wearing it, the Screw Attack ability is added to the user's standard and midair jumps. The user is still able to attack as normal when capable of using the Screw Attack. | |
Team Healer |
Throwing, Recovery | Only usable in Team battles, can recover a teammate's health if tossed at them. If thrown at opponents, it may hurt or heal them. | |
Super Scope |
Shooting | This beam gun lets the user choose between attacking with rapid-fire or charged shots. The Super Scope holds enough energy for 48 rapid-fire shots, or about three fully charged blasts. | |
Motion-Sensor Bomb |
Explosive | Set one of these on a floor or wall, and it will react to the next moving object in its proximity by detonating. They are small and inconspicuous, so they can catch opponents by surprise. | |
Parasol |
Battering | The Parasol can be used to hit other characters. When falling, the character holding the parasol glides down slowly. | |
Fan |
Battering | An item that while it doesn't do that much damage, it can be used for great multiple combos and to break shields. | |
Golden Hammer |
Special | This item acts like the hammer, but it's much stronger and allows the user to float mid-air. However, sometimes a Squeaky Golden Hammer will appear, doing no damage at all. | |
Piranha Plant |
Special | The Piranha Plant is on a pot the user carries, and going near an opponent will lead the Piranha Plant to bite them, recovering the user with some of the damage dealt. | |
Home-Run Bat |
Battering | The Home-Run Bat is an extremely powerful item. If hit normally, it does high damage and knockback but if performing a forward smash, anyone hit is instantly KO'd. | |
Hocotate Bomb |
Throwing, Explosive | A bomb shaped like the Hocotate Ship, that will fly off, and then crash down at random. | |
Killer Eye |
Throwing | When placed, can fire energy beams in the direction it faces. | |
Master Ball |
Special | Works exactly like the Poké Ball, except the Master Ball only releases rare, legendary or Mega Pokémon. | |
Metal Box |
Status | Increases the weight and falling speed of the user, while also reducing the chances of flinching. | |
Green Shell |
Throwing | When thrown, attacked or landed on, it will slide across the stage, damaging anything it hits. | |
Red Shell |
Throwing | Works like the Green Shell, except it aims for nearby characters and avoids sliding off edges. | |
Spiny Shell |
Throwing | Hovers over a player before dropping onto them and causing a large explosion. | |
Rocket Belt |
Status | It can be equipped and used to fly around the stage, for recovery. | |
Ray Gun |
Shooting | Fires blasts of energy that have infinite horizontal range. | |
Party Ball |
Container | Once activated by being thrown or damaged, it floats into the air and opens, dropping its items. Occassionally, it will only drop various Bob-ombs. | |
Ore Club |
Battering | It can be swung to unleash tornadoes. | |
Soccer Ball |
Special | Cannot be picked up. When attacked, goes in the knockback direction with high damage and knockback. | |
Gooey Bomb |
Explosive | It can be thrown at a character and gets attached to them. They can transfer it by just passing by other characters. It will explode after a time. | |
Food |
Recovery | Each type of food recovers a different amount of damage. | |
Star Rod |
Battering/Shooting | Can be used for battering and for long-range star shots can be done as well if a forward smash is performed. | |
POW Block |
Throwing | Causes an earthquake when it's thrown. It also launches players upwards whenever it hits the ground, and shrinks after every throw. | |
F.L.U.D.D. |
Special, Shooting | Can be equipped. Allows players to push opponents with powerful shots of water. The water can be charged before shooting. Lasts a combined 10 seconds. | |
Cucco |
Throwing | Can be thrown at opponents. Once it hits, it summons various Cuccos that attack the target. | |
Bombchu |
Throwing, Explosive | When thrown it moves up walls and across floors and ceilings. It explodes upon contact with opponents. | |
Mushroom |
Status | It slides across the stage and enlarges the character it touches. | |
Poison Mushroom |
Status | Opposite to the Super Mushroom, it shrinks the character it touches. | |
Steel Diver |
Shooting | A smaller gun-like version of the Steel Diver. Fires a torpedo which travels slowly at first. | |
Balloon Bomb |
Throwing, Explosive | When picked up or attacked, the Balloon Bomb will start growing in size. After reaching its size limit, it explodes all of a sudden, dealing high damage and knockback to characters in the blast radius. | |
Crates |
Container | Contains many items inside. Sometimes it explodes, instead of dropping items. | |
Blast Box |
Explosive | Explodes after taking 30 damage or using a flame attack. Has very poor throw range. | |
Beehive |
Throwing | After thrown, the beehive spawns bees that attack opponents at once. | |
Barrel |
Container | When thrown, struck or lands on a hill, it rolls across the stage and damages what it hits before breaking. | |
Beetle |
Throwing | Can be thrown towards an opponent, and the item will grab the opponent and fly off into the air with them. | |
Spring |
Throwing | When idle, repels characters when touched depending on whether it is upright or sideways. | |
Starman |
Status | Turns the character it touches invincible for a limited time. | |
Fire Flower |
Shooting | Produces a continuous stream of fire. It lasts a combined 7 seconds. | |
Flipper |
Throwing | It halts in the air after being thrown, bopping characters that run into it. | |
Cloaking Device |
Status | Turns the user mostly invisible and inmune to damage, but still vulnerable to knockback. | |
Drill Arm |
Shooting | Allows the wearer to fire a large drill. Can be fired once before it must be discarded. | |
Ultra-Hand |
Special | The user is equipped with the classic Ultra-Hand, and they are able to grab opponents from afar and throw dealing damage. It can be used for recovery as well. | |
Potions |
Recovery | There are 3 type of potions in the game, and they can heal players. The Purple Potion reduces the damage percentage by 20. The Red Potion (Super) reduces damage by 50 and the Pink Potion (Hyper) reduces damage by 100. | |
Rawst Berry |
Status | Gives the user an icy shield that nullifies projectiles and also reflects fire attacks, countering them and burning the attacking opponent back. It has limited time. | |
Gust Bellows |
Shooting | Allows players to blow opponents away with powerful gusts of wind. | |
Ice Flower |
Shooting | Opposite to the Fire Flower. Allows the user to fire a continuous stream of ice, freezing opponents if they are hit enough. Lasts for a combined 7 seconds. | |
Homing Launcher |
Shooting | Can fire up to 4 homing missiles. They will approach the most nearby characters to them. If only one is near, they will all attack one after another, dealing extremely high damage. | |
Dragoon |
Special | Its three pieces will start appearing on the stage and players need to grab all of them. If a character is hit many times or KO'd, they lose their piece. The character that collects all three pieces gets on the Dragoon and fly into the stage for a one-hit KO. | |
Superspicy Curry |
Status, Shooting | Allows the users to constantly shoot short-range fireballs and walk slowly as they do. | |
Super Leaf |
Status | Gives the user raccoon ears and tail, allowing them to float in mid-air. | |
X Bomb |
Explosive | Creates a cross-shaped explosion that spans most of the screen. | |
Smoke Ball |
Throwing | Spews smoke around its area after being thrown, and it may attach to other players. | |
Unira |
Throwing | Attaches to the stage once thrown or attacked and pokes opponents that come near. Can be set or reset with a direct attack. | |
Hothead |
Throwing | Follows the whole layout of the stage, burning anyone it touches. It also grows in size and damage but lasts shorter if hit by flame or electric attacks. | |
Franklin Badge |
Status | Allows the wearer to automatically reflect any projectiles. Can be knocked off. | |
Freezie |
Throwing | It slides across the stage, freezing characters when struck by it. Can be destroyed before being picked up. | |
Timer |
Status | Slows down all opponents when used. Can also backfire and slow down the user, or the whole stage and everyone. | |

Shooting | The user is equipped with a pesticide, and they are able to slightly damage and push opponents away. Can be used multiple times for a combo. |
Fire Bar |
Battering | Causes fire damage. Grows shorter with each successful attack. | |
Wheelie Bike |
Status | The user is able to ride on the Wheelie Bike, driving at great speed across the stage and doing good damage and knockback on opponents in the way. Can jump with it as well, but cannot mid-air jump or perform moves. Can be knocked off. | |
Paintbrush |
Battering, Shooting | The user is able to hit opponents with it. Each it leaves drops of paint on the ground players can trip into, including the user. Doing a forward smash with it will occassionally fire a powerful shoot of paint with long range, doing greater damage. | |
Fairy Bottle |
Recovery | Can only be opened by a player with over %100 of damage; the fairy heals that player. | |

Boomerang |
Throwing | The boomerang can be thrown and gains attack power when it is caught. The Boomerang can be caught and used by opponents as well. | |

Shooting | The user can fire arrows straight forward. They can be charged for more damage and range. Has a total of 8 arrows. | |
Lightning Shield |
Status | The user is covered by an electric shield. The shield nullifies projectiles as well as other attacks for 8 seconds, and it attracts nearby items for use. However, the shield can be broken earlier if hit too many times. | |
Bubble Wand |
Shooting | The user is able to shoot various bubbles of different sizes. Little ones just push opponents away, whereas bigger ones actually trap them inside a big bubble, damaging them whenever it explodes. Lasts for 8 seconds. | |

The user, after picking the card, can throw it at opponents. The card will only disappear whenever it hits someone. The card may cause different effects depending on which image appears in it:

Wario Bomb |
Throwing | After being thrown, it explodes a great amount of smoke, which causes players to sleep or stun them as if their shield broke. Sometimes it causes not effect, and only serves the purpose of not allowing greater vision. | |
Kart |
Special | Works similarly to Dragoon, as players have to collects its three parts first (wheel, body and engine) in order to use it. Unlike Dragoon, when the user drives the Kart they go across the stage lineally, instead of flying through it. Easier to hit more opponents at once, but does less damage. | |
Proto Shield |
Status | The user is equiped with the Proto Shield, which basically nullifies any incoming projectile. While using it, the Proto Shield also reduces the damage its user takes by %20, and decreases the more the shield is used. | |

Shooting |
The user is able to release various thunder beams sidewards or upwards depending on where it's aimed. It does continuous damage and maintains opponents in one spot. It lasts for a combined 7 seconds. |
Mask of Chaos |
Status | When the players equip it, they are surrounded by a powerful energy that does continuous damage to any opponent near. If attacking while it's in use, it can also blast beams to long distances. It lasts for 10 seconds. | |
1-Up Mushroom |
Recovery | An extremely rare item. The lucky player that touches it first have all their damage hit percentage restored, and gain an extra KO bonus. |
