Fantendo Kart 2 is the sequel to Fantendo Kart and the second game in the Fantendo Kart series made for the Nintendo DSe and Nintendo Silver. It was originally made by EEA Inc., until the project was abandoned and taken over by Locked Gaming years later. Originally meant to be released in 2009-2010, problems made the team working on it to abadon it, until it was picked again in 2014. Some characters were removed, due the fact that new developers didn't had rights to use some of them.

The game is going to feature old and new Fantendo characters. Some of the concepts used in the later games of the franchise will be re-used in this installment. It is notable for being the latest game released to the Nintendo DSe.

Story

In a glorious day, the King Plumber decided to start the 2nd annual Fantendo Kart racing tournament, this time with some old and new faces. As the racers starts to train to the tournament, the winner will win the chance of make a wish granted by a mysterious Genie. So who will win this chance to have their greatest wish granted?
