The Subrespacicant is Nintendo All-Stars: The Ancient Relic Story Mode. As it is mainly the only mode in
the game, it is longer than SSBB's version.
The Main Plot is that the Nintendo All-Stars are under attack from villains from their world, who are looking for something known as the Ancient Relic or the Subrespacicant. This is Part 2. For Part 1 click here
The story then changes back to Zero Suit Samus and Olimar, who have now ventured out of the forest and entered a chrome encrusted building. They sneak through the building and Zero Suit Samus finds the control room. She spies her suit on the Area 6 camera. She decides to head there. (Stage 31: Futuristic Base) (Playable Characters: Zero Suit Samus, Olimar) She finds Area 6 and heads in there to collect her suit. Suddenly, they are ambushed by Mother Brain. (Boss 8: Mother Brain) (Playable Characters: Zero Suit Samus, Olimar)

Zero Suit Samus breaks the container and her suit morphs on to her, turning her into Samus. They move through a door and find a portal. They enter the portal and they find out that it leads to Yoshi Island. (Stage 32: Yoshi's Island Act 2) (Playable Characters: Samus, Olimar) They finally reach the top of a mountain on Yoshi's Island and find a trophy of Louie. They revive him and Louie and Olimar high-five. Back at the portal, Ridley is seen holding the Mario and Wario trophies.
The story then changes back to Link, Kirby, Yoshi, Fox, Marth, Peach and Paper Mario who have found an exit to the castle. They extend the gap and pull themselves up. They find themselves in a plain next to the Halberd. They aboard the ship and find Meta Knight, Amy and Shadow. They help them get the ship bakc into the air. (Stage 33: Halberd Interior) (Playable Characters: Link, Kirby, Yoshi, Fox, Marth, Peach, Paper Mario, Meta Knight, Amy, Shadow)
The story then changes back to Zelda, Toadette, Donkey Kong, Diddy Kong and Ness who are on Yoshi's Island. Ness spots Samus, Olimar and Louie atop the mountain and decide to go to them. (Stage 34: Yoshi Mountain) (Playable Characters: Zelda, Toadette, Donkey Kong, Diddy Kong, Ness) When they reach the top, they spy Ridley flying towards them, they prepare to attack but he doesn't. He passes them the Mario and Wario trophies, which they revive. He points back to the portal, which has now moved and explains (without talking) that King Dedede took Pikachu's trophy. They decide to go and get Pikachu's trophy back. (Stage 35: Yoshi Valley) (Playable Characters: Zelda, Toadette, Donkey Kong, Diddy Kong, Ness, Samus, Olimar, Louie, Ridley, Mario, Wario) They reach the portal and pass through it. (Stage 36: Futuristic Base Revisted) (Playable Characters: Zelda, Toadette, Donkey Kong, Diddy Kong, Ness, Samus, Olimar, Louie, Ridley, Mario, Wario)
