Evil Toads are Toads who have been brainwashed and/or gone rogue and work for the Koopa Troop as soldiers. It is easy to tell them apart from normal Toads, because they have black and red caps with a red skull at the front. They come in different varieties, powered by fire, ice, thunder, or another element.
