Gameplay[]
The gameplay is the excact same as SSB4, but on the damage box, it only shows the characters picture if it has been in all smash bros games. If not, it will be a silouhette with the character's main colour. This does count for the characters who were planned for SSB,(Bowser, Mewtwo and King Dedede), but it does count for characters who were planned to be replaced, (Um....There's only one, and that's Ness.). The colours depend on which character it is (Peach= Pink, Female Villager= Rosy Pink, Toon Link= Light Green).
Combat[]
Brawl[]
This is the most standard combat. It can go up to 10 people. This can also be changed to Team Battle, where it could only be 5 vs 5.
Special Brawl[]
The player can choose a certaint way to fight, along with changing the character's skill.

Tourney[]
Same as Brawl.
Online[]
With anyone[]
Battle with anyone around the world. This does not take much time to load.
With friends[]
Battle only with the people on your freinds list. This tends to take a while.
Solo[]
Classic[]
Battle opponents in a random order. After defeating about 12 fights, the 13th will be against Master Hand or Crazy Hand. You can also go against Lacey Hand, a confirmed female hand who prefers to battle on her own stage, Light Ruins.
All Star[]
Battle the fighters in order of which year they were made. After doing this, you get the character's alternate trophy.
Practice[]
Practice with one of the many characters against a character of your choice.
Custom[]
Mii Fighters[]
Make your Mii a Smasher by choosing it to either be a Mii Brawler, Mii Gunner, Mii Swordfigter, Mii Juggernaut, Mii Elemental, Mii Wizard or Mii Athlete.
Smasher Customization[]
Change your characters skills and moves. This does not work for Miii Fighters.
Gaming Mode[]
The player can go up to 6 players.
By choosing one of the many characters games, play there newest game! Um... just don't ever thinkt there's a F- Zero one. That guy got screwed over along time ago. ROB and Game and Watch can be played as in Super Mario 3D Land(Game and Watch) or Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon(ROB). Captain Falcon, just don't think about him....
