Mallet is a normal Hammer Bro., and one of the partners in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door 2. He was originally one of Bowser's forces in Bowser's Castle before Mario was caught and thrown in the dungeon. Mario had convinced him to let him out at the world's stake, and along with Katrol, they escaped the castle together.
