Grandpa is the name given to Perry's unnamed guardian. He found Perry as a boy washed up on the beach in the Mushroom Kingdom. After a few months, Kamek turned Perry into an umbrella and took him away. At the end of Super Princess Peach, it is thought that Perry reunited with his grandpa.
