Frost is a hedgehog who was exploring Antarctica, all was going well until Hiro intervened and found out what he was doing and froze him by kicking him into the water.
500 years later he was thawed out by a huge orange blast of energy, possibly Lyx, and he was free, free to take his revenge on Hiro, he didn't believe in Lyx or Phere's ways of killing Hiro, just finding a way to make him regret his actions.
