Battletoads 64 is a Nintendo 64 game developed by Toucan and published by Nintendo in 1996.
Gameplay[]
Similar to previous Battletoads games, players can select from one of the four playable toads: Rash, Zitz, Pimple, and newcomer, Blemish. The gameplay has the same over-the-top feel as the arcade game, but lacks the mature themes. Each of the toads will have two different special attacks which can be used when the gauge fills up by defeating enemies. These special attacks will allow the player to deal a ton of damage to the enemies. Aside from the beat 'em up sections, there is other types of levels that include platforming and vehicles. Up to four players can play. More players can join in at any time during the game by pressing .
