Super Mario Super Sword is a Mario game based off the Legend of Zelda series. It shares many similar items, areas, and plots.
Plot[]
Prolouge[]
Years before the game takes place, Queen Kariela, Peach's mother, rules peacefully over Mushroom Land and protects a sacred and powerful treasure, the Starforce. People of the kingdom who were power-hungry wanted it, and soon rumors spread about the relic. It got worse and worse until it got so bad, war broke out. The kingdom was nearly destroyed by the war. The queen tried her best to protect the Starforce, but the people's greed was too much, and she got killed by some power-hungry warriors. Peach, in a last ditch effort to save the kingdom from ruin, split up the Starforce into five Star Shards and hid them just in time for the citizens to see it wasn't in the castle, ending the war.
Main Story[]
Bowser has caused choas in Mushroom Land, searching for the Star Shards so he can take power for his own. Peach tasks Mario into finding each of the shards before Bowser does, and meets Stariana shortly after. The two contine through the Mushroom Kingdom, eventually finding a sacred sword called the Starry Sword. After he reunites all of the Star Shards and recreates the Starforce, he heads to the Great Cliffs, a large rock barrier that surronds an unknown land with a large thunder cloud over it. No one has ever crossed the wall, or have any ever tried to. Mario uses the Starforce to create a pathway through the large rocks that only he (and Stariana) and enter, leading to Bowser's Fiery Lands inside the rock barrier. After defeating him in an intense final battle, he returns to the Mushroom Kingdom, where he and Stariana go their sperate ways and Mario returns the Starry Sword to it's pedestal. Peach throws a festival over Mario's victory afterwards.
