Gameplay

The gameplay is somewhat similar to previous games, but adds some new elements. A major change that can be easily notified is the stadiums are bigger, providing it more of a challenge to score a goal, another change is that any character can go in most spaces, except captain spots, there are also set captains to choose, but the others not chosen can be put into a team if not in Tournament Mode. Unlike Mario Strikers Battle League, there are alot of unlockable sidekicks, and half the captains are default while the other half are unlockable. The info about the game will be presented by Lakitu, who is rumored to be from Mario Party Superstars’s Coin Battle. the info he presents will appear on the bottom screen and an option for him to comment about what's happening on stadium is availible. The striker ball adds a nice touch to matches by when being a certain colour, like red, the character with the ball would have their power stat improved and so would all other team players on the team.
