Sonic Evolutions is a compilation title in SEGA's Sonic the Hedgehog series, and the spiritual sequel to Sonic Origins. It is set for release on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and S and PC through Steam and the Epic Games Store in 2024.
Overview[]
Similar to how Sonic Origins collected the main platforms of the franchise's Classic Era, Sonic Evolutions compiles the four mainline platformer games of its Dreamcast Era, which ran from 1998 to 2005. Each game included has been remade from the ground up, with fully remastered graphics, new animations in cutscenes, and the option to choose between the original voice recordings by the original cast, or a new set performed by the current cast. Each games' multiplayer mode are also included, with the multiplayer mode for Sonic Adventure taken directly from Sonic Adventure 3D. Just like Sonic Origins, the compilation also includes a mission mode, inspired by the one from Sonic Adventure DX, and a museum mode, where players can look at concept artwork, watch cutscenes and listen to the soundtracks of each game.

E-102 Gamma | An Eggman robot built during the Chaos incident. Tikal the Echidna | The spirit of a peaceful girl from ancient times. E-100 Series | A special line of E-Series robots created by Dr. Eggman to act as officers for the lesser robots.
