Mario
|
Mario's back and he's ready to rumble again for possibly the last time. He fights with fireballs and kart racing, and is generally seen as a jack of all trades.

NES Mario
|
Mario's retro counterpart has come over to fight! He's a bit of a joke character due to the fact he can only get hit twice, but he has an advantage; he has no knockback unlike all the other fighters. When he jumps on some one's head, he can quickly damage them like no tomorrow. He can also heal himself by getting a mushroom/fireflower from a block.

Luigi
|
Luigi is Mario's brother. Like the last game, he jumps higher than Mario but is weaker when it comes to attack strength. He can also use dream world abilities and a vacuum.

NES Luigi
|
NES Luigi is similar to NES Mario concerning his abilities and weakness; he uses the Super Mario Bros 3 model in terms of how he gets hit. As opposed to be only being able to be hit twice before being KO'd, he can be hit up to three times if he has a powerup other than the mushroom. Additionally he can use a raccoon tail and Kuribo's shoe. He slides way more than NES Mario, though.

Rosalina
|
Rosalina commands the Comet Observatory. She is a very powerful figure, as her duty is to watch over and protect the cosmos as well as the Lumas. She uses Lumas and star-bits to attack.

Peach
|
Peach uses her royal position to pass laws that allow her to use her subjects as shields and throws vegetables! She is also able to use her emotions to attack.

Daisy
|
The princess of Sarasaland. Daisy is known to be a tomboy and such uses sports in her attacks. Daisy attacks using tennis equipment and the striker ball, while summoning Shy Guys to attack for her and using the Superball power-up from Super Mario Land.

Sonic
|
Known as the blue blur, Sonic is a fast hedgehog who generally speeds around and finding himself in different situations. He is a fast character, able to spin into a ball or use the Shields from the early Sonic games. He can also make use of the Wisps.

Classic Sonic
|
Sonic's younger, somewhat porkier self. He can't do some of the stuff his modern counterpart can, and he relies on rings, but he has much stiffer grip as opposed to Sonic's much floater controls. He can also use shields.

Toon Sonic
|
This Sonic comes from a show called Adventures Of Sonic The Hedgehog. He is far wackier than the other two Sonics, and can utilize a move called Motion-Framing where he can grow extra limbs and eyes.

Tails the Fox
|
Sonic's partner. He can fly and grab characters as well operate machines. He isn't as fast as Sonic but he beats quite a few characters in terms of speed.

Classic Tails
|
The younger version of Tails. He's some what stronger than his modern counterpart however he looses the machines. He can fight with Flickies though. His flight time is also much longer than Modern Tails.

Knuckles
|
The guardian of the Master Emerald as well Sonic's friend, Knuckles joins the battle! While his name implies that he would be more of a brawler character, he's actually way better for recovery with his wall climbing abilities and gliding.

Knuckles (Sonic Boom)
|
Knuckles got RIPPED! He lacks most of the recovery moves that the normal iteration of Knuckles has, but is now truer to his names with a stronger and more punishing moveset.

Robin
|
The avatar character from Fire Emblem. This is the only character you can customize; being able to decide it's gender, it's voice, it's hair color, it's body frame, and it's skills. There are also many, many outfits you can buy for the avatar. By default, the character looks something like this. Despite you choosing all this stuff though, Robin has a dark secret...

Chrom
|
Chrom is the prince, and later Exalt, of the Halidom of Ylisse and the descendant of the Hero-King, Marth. He is also the captain of Ylisse's vigilante force, the Shepherds, wielding the legendary sword Falchion. He is a bulky and strong character, using mainly the sword to attack. He can also wield a lance, which has a greater range but doesn't do as much damage.

Wii Fit Trainer
|
The instructor for the game Wii Fit. She attacks using yoga, of course. She can also slightly heal herself doing these meditating moves. She is probably the calmest character of the bunch.

Homura
|
A magical girl who has control of time. Homura's shield is able to store a countless amount of weapons, as demonstrated by the many pistols, light machineguns, shotguns, rocket launchers, and boxes of ammunition packed inside it. Her shield is relatively small and she is able to wear it around her wrist, much like a watch. She is able to stop time within a circle, freezing opponents.

Reika "Time Gal" Kirishima
|
Reika is a police officer from the distant future, she has traveled to the past at the request of her boss (who is unknown at this point). Reika's signature attack is using two large sapphire diamonds, firing large halos at enemies. Reika also has the ability to travel in time, but it appears to be far more random than Homura's. She can also stop time as well, but unlike Homura, she can't attack but only move out of the way, causing characters to trip if successful.

Star Lord
|
The half human, half alien leader of the Guardians who was abducted from Missouri as a child in 1988; raised by a group of thieves and smugglers called the Ravagers. He can use rocket boots to either jump in the air or move very quickly on ground, as well being able to distract characters by challenging them to a dance off.

Gamora
|
An orphan from an alien world who seeks redemption from her past crimes, she was trained by Thanos to be his personal assassin. Uses a variety of knives and melee attacks to attack, being an extremely agile character with nearly no landing lag on her attacks and can move into another move at anytime.

Rocket Raccoon
|
A genetically engineered raccoon who is a bounty hunter and mercenary, he is a master of weapons and battle tactics. He uses a bunch of modified weapons that are extremely powerful, but his standard attacks aren't all that great. He also has a weaker version of Batman's prep time ability.

Groot
|
A tree-like humanoid who is the accomplice of Rocket. He is only cable of grunts and saying "I am Groot", but can convey a ton of different emotions through that. Cable of releasing lightning bugs, extending his limbs, and even growing himself inside somebody else, Groot is pretty powerful. Everytime he is KO'd though, he has to reform through a potted plant, giving a delay before he is able to attack.

Drax
|
A warrior in search of vengeance against Ronan after his family was killed. He doesn't understand metaphors. He uses knives and melee attacks like Gamora, but is slower and bulkier, making him a heavy weight character cable of pulling very punishing attacks.

Bat and Visor
|
Are they brothers, are they friends? Who knows. They need to save Bat's girlfriend though, so they're going to need some help. Bat and Visor fight as a duo, although Visor tends to lag behind due to the fact he fights with his hands, and Bat attacks with well, a bat. They have a "blood" meter that fills up when they attack. Once it's full, they summon a random "super". Due to this, they have no super move.

Mai Shiranui
|
Mai is a modern-world young female ninja and the granddaughter of the ninjutsu master Hanzo Shiranui, with the ability to create and control fire. She is a founding member of the King of Fighters Tournament's Women Fighters Team. She uses two paper fans and her fire abilities to fight.

Bonne Jenet
|
A pirate who despite coming from a rich background, would rather steal money than ask. At a chance to redeem herself, she uses her fighting style which involves hitting people with her high heels and slaps.

Blue Mary
|
Mary grew up in a police family, and soon joined the police herself. She fell in love with a man named Butch, who worked with her father in the secret service. Butch also taught Mary a lot about Commando Sambo (her fighting style). While on a mission protecting the president, Butch and her father were both shot and killed by terrorists. The leather jacket she wears is a keepsake given to her as a gift from Butch. Blue Mary employs the fighting art of Commando Sambo. This Martial art uses striking and grappling techniques.

Dandy
|
Space Dandy is a Dandy guy in Space. The main character, an easygoing and forgetful young man working as an alien hunter whose job is to discover new alien life form across the galaxy and have them registered with the Space Alien Registration Center. He is the captain of the Aloha Oe. He's a rather crappy fighter, being hilariously inept on both land and ground, but when he uses his Super Move, you better watch out.

Lunais
|
Lunais is a young woman with the power to control time, who seeks revenge on a technologically advanced empire for killing her family. She attacks using orbs that orbit her body and using Familars to assist in her attacks.

Daft Punk
|
Two robots who know how to jam. While they've been in the background of most of the Fighters of Lapis games (making a jump to a assist in the Mysterious Five Project) they've decided to join the fray as fighters. Attacking with records and techno sounds, they're able to freely mix their own songs while taking out opponents.

Boshy
|
It's Boshy Time! The sole holder of the Boshy title, Boshy uses a gun to shoot and can use orbs of air to reach higher, use Vic Viper as a platform, and use spikes to attack.

Fella
|
The mascot of a little site known as "DeviantArt". He has a wide range with most of his attacks and uses llamas and digital paint tools in his attacks. Watch out for the MS Paint Spray Can!

Azrael
|
Azrael, the angel of death who wields the scythe Xcrete. He attacks with ghosts and red energy attacks, with most of his attacks based around his scythe.

Windows 2000-tan
|
Otherwise known as 2K, Windows 2000-tan is a character that hits hard and heavy but at the cost of speed. She can attacks using windows, cursor, and the blue screen of death and error messages.

Miku Hatsune
|
Miku Hatsune is a Vocaloid. She attacks using her singing and leeks. She can also use Sakura leafs to float.

Miku Append
|
The append version of Miku. She is a lot faster and far more colorful than Miku; her moves are a lot flashier and longer as a result. This can be an advantage and a curse at the same time. She uses the Append system for her attacks, and thus she can have multiple versions of her attacks.

Luka Megurine
|
Luka is a bilingual vocaloid and can thus change her language to another characters to harm them more. (Ex: Panty and Stocking are Japanese, so Luka would change her language to Japanese to harm them better.) She uses large guns resembling a trombone and tuba, which can be fired to create large soundwaves. However, using them slows her to a crawl.

Luka Append
|
The append version of Luka. She can still change her language to harm other characters and still uses trombone and tuba guns, but her moves are a lot more flashier and longer. She also has multiple variations of her attacks, meaning that no two attacks repeat.

Aoki Lapis
|
Aoki Lapis is a fairy who has no memory of who she is. She mysteriously shows up during the first act of the game, lost and confused. What does she know? What is her purpose? She belongs to a race of fairies capable of transforming music into power and her voice is said to have the power to give life when she sings. Thus she can drain the music that plays during the stage and put it into her attacks. Additionally, when faced with a singing character, she can steal their attacks.

KO
|
KO is a always eager to battle someone, which sometimes gets him into trouble. He seems to be willing to learn about subjects other than fighting, such as friendship. He is loyal to Lakewood Plaza Turbo, and is always willing to do what its owner Mr. Gar tells him to do. He fights similar to how Ryu and Goku would.

Enid
|
Enid is the most responsible of the main trio. She tries to use logic and critical thinking to make rational decisions. She uses mostly her legs to kick and shoot projectiles, fighting similar to that of Chun-Li.

Filia
|
Filia was once a average schoolgirl, but then she woke up with a parasite named Samson as her hair. She uses Samson to attack, who has an array of shapes and forms he uses to attack in.

Cerebella
|
Energetic, flashy, and spirited, Cerebella is a young lady who aims to please and constantly strives to be the center of attention, a trait derived from her profession as a main performer for the Cirque des Cartes. Cerebella is the master of Vice Versa; its giant arms grappling and throwing foes around the screen like ragdolls. Cerebella herself is a talented acrobat and has no trouble adjusting her body to suit Vice Versa's needs, she is vicious with punches and kicks and contains hidden blades in the heels of her boots for a nasty surprise.

Simon (Young)

At the start of the series, Simon was a shy, extremely withdrawn boy, finding solace only whilst digging tunnels for the expansion of Jeeha village. After finding Lagann and fighting a Beastmen for the first time, he began to come out of his shell but continued to fear the pressure to be brave and fight for the rest of the team. Initially, Simon relied heavily on those around him to inspire him to fight bravely, especially Kamina , who often had to convince Simon to pluck up the courage needed in battle. He attacks via drill and spitting out spiral energy blasts.

Cuphead
|
Inspired by 1930s cartoons, Cuphead is a guy with a cup for a head. He can shoot bullets and use enemies from his game to help attack.

Scott Pilgrim
|
Scott Pilgrim lives in Toronto, in the Canadian province of Ontario and is the bassist for the indie rock band Sex Bob-Omb. Scott is a highly capable fighter, using various moves and techniques derived from various games, most noticeably from the Street Fighter series. Scott's fighting prowess is said to be incredible; according to Kim Pine, it's earned him the title "the best fighter in the Province". He can employ incredible moves such as the Shoryuken and the Air Juggle. Scott has also shown the ability to level up, doing so increases his stats, and grants him a flaming sword to use in combat.

Baymax

Step over, Elsa. Baymax is here to take your spot of the most overrated Disney character. (I kid, I kid, but you know it'll happen eventually.) While he isn't much of a fighter, he can put in different chips that copy other character's moves (only standard B, like Kirby) and spray characters with anti-bacterial spray. He'll need to charge if he's out for two minutes, a process that takes 5 seconds but leaves you open.

Reptflux
|
The Reptflux reproduction returns. He is the most balanced out of the Titans, with decent strength and decent recovery. He can turn into a spider as well as a stack of Kona that can crush whoever is under him. He's also one of the taller titans.
