Mcoolister: Your dodging the subject, at this point, improving and growing the community are the same thing. UNLESS you mean that having a news system like that will help make more people come here, which... Is just a stupid idea. Having a blog didn't make any more people come here either, nor did it improve the community. After thinking about it a bit, what's the point of having this AND a blog anyway? "Calm down"? I see no evidence to not being calm in my above post. And if you have fun with things like running some fake news system, I see no problem with it, but trying to convince yourself that it will help the community just makes you sound stupid. I know it is not hurting me, and I know there are a select few who will enjoy such things despite there already being a system for news(although no one uses it for news), but I believe I have a right to state my opinions on this matter. I remember(and can see just from looking up a bit) that I had no problem with this, I specifically said it sounded like a good idea. Please, don't try to change the subject from "Fantendo Power" to if I'm calm or not, even if I wasn't clam, I don't think it would matter very much to you.
