This article is about Crow's appearance in Fantendo Smash Bros. Victory. For the character in other contexts, see Crow.

Crow was confirmed to be a playable character in Fantendo Smash Bros. Victory in the Toroko's Fantendo Holiday Showcase 2015 presentation showcase. She plays a major role in the plot, albeit is not a huge presence as some other characters.

"Xenocrow" was confirmed on 5/18/17. She is an alternate costume for Crow and has unique taunts and Victory Poses.

Background

Crow

A mysterious woman with white hair, extraordinary skill over the blade, and a strange sense of nature to her. She has lived most of her life out in the wild and not much can get in her way to stop her. Although billed as a Leah "replacement", Crow wants no part in the war and would rather be doing whatever she wants instead.

"Xenocrow"

A mysterious alien version of Crow. More information will be available soon... hopefully.

Moveset

Standard Attacks

Name Info
NeutralAttackVictory

Edge Cut

Lies her sword vertically flat, with anyone that runs into it to get cut. This can be followed up by other moves.
SideAttackVictory

Strike Jab

Strikes with the sword horizontally, knocking anyone hit with it back for 8% damage. This can become a kill move if hit with the center of the blade, which is it's sweet spot.
UpAttackVictory

Cackle Swish

Crow cackles as she moves the sword in a upwards arc, with small explosions occurring and sizzling off the blade. The explosions can hit the opponent but that isn't as damaging as the sword strike itself.
DownAttackVictory

Black Arc

Crow's shadow strikes upwards while Crow herself strikes downwards. The two blades clash for a killing move that has to be done just right.

Special Moves

Name Info
NeutralSpecialAttackVictory

Tension Builder

Readies her sword, building energy until the button is released. If fully charged, it could become a kill move at 70%. Lesser charges will still do about 20%-7% damage.
SideSpecialAttackVictory

Snaking Guitar

Crow attacks using the Snaking Guitar, Isobelle's weapon, which utilized correctly will do around 4% - 2% damage a second and keep the opponent in a long-lasting grab.
UpSpecialAttackVictory

Infinity Weave

Crow jumps up with the blade and "cuts" into the air, setting off a series of explosions that go in a figure eight loop that lasts for three loops. If an opponent hits the Infinity Weave, the move stops and the opponent flies back.
DownSpecialAttackVictory

Reaction Blue

Counters attacks and allows Crow to use a specialized Reaction Blue command to avoid getting hit and send damage flying back to the attack. By pressing the V2Action Blue button at the right time, Crow can increase the damage by 2x.

Finisher

Name Info
VictoryFinisher

Subatomic Blade

This attack has to be in range of an opponent to activate correctly. When done right, Crow will take an opponent into the air and a quick cut scene of the opponent being slashed by an atomic level will play. When it is finished, they will explode and nothing will be left.

Taunts

Crow

Crow is unique in that she has a left and right taunt, where as most characters only have a up, down, and side taunt that covers both left and right.

  • Up Taunt - Laughs as she places the blade back in it's holster and then takes it back out.
  • Left Taunt - Gnaws at her blade.
  • Right Taunt - Licks her blade.
  • Down Taunt - Pulls down on her eyes and grunts in frustration.

"Xenocrow"

  • Up Taunt - Wraps her tail around her sword, grunting as she raises her arms.
  • Left Taunt - Spits on the ground, leaving a strange blue sludge that appears to be alive that withers away.
  • Right Taunt - Starts levitating upwards, cackling as she floats in mid-air.
  • Down Taunt - Shouts "I am PERFECT CROW!"

Victory Poses

Crow

  • Sitting a fire and shoos away the camera man.
  • Eating a live pig and offering it to the camera man.
  • Boasts about her victory.

"Xenocrow"

  • Violently attacks the camera with her tail and claws.
  • Stomps her hooves as she growls.
  • Sleeps in a fetal pose, her tail wrapped around her body.

Trophies

TBA

Trivia

  • Oddly Crow seems to have animations for a tail even though there is obviously no tail on her model or in any of her attacks. This was later revealed to be for her alt costume, "Xenocrow".
