Executive Joe was part of the organization called The Executives. During The Swapnote Character Strike, he was in charge of Fantendo Swapnote.

He seems to be easily humored, as evidenced by his pitched cartoon. He also apparently cannot write very well.
He supports the democrats as well. He comes off as a bit of a ditz and likes changes that make no sense.
Powers[]
As a Executive, he has the power to change the course of a story or characters with his own will. Since the Swapnote Characters went on strike, he wasn't able to control any of them.
