In Fallout 5, like other Fallout games there are particular items called Chems that are addictive, Non-Alcoholic items that enhance the player's abilities in and out of combat. All the common Chems such as Jet, Psycho & Buffout return as well as some new Chems. It should be noted Rad-X is now Addictive unlike previous games.

White Star

Maple
  • Recovers 25% of Health

Chem Hybrids

Like in Fallout 4 Chems can be fused together to create potent mixtures that are more powerful than when the two Chems are seperate. In total there are 66 Chem Hybrids which can range from Hyper Jet to Blinder. (Abilities TBA)
