Emblemon is a crossover game between the Fire Emblem and Pokémon franchises developed by Laughball Interactive and is the sixth game in the Nintendomon series. Unlike the other titles, it focuses less on the roleplaying elements of Pokémon, opting for gameplay more like recent titles in the Fire Emblem series.


The gameplay of Emblemon mostly resembles Fire Emblem: Awakening, with trainers acting as units in large battles set on various battlefields. Unlike the Fire Emblem series, however, characters do not use weapons, but Pokémon. A unit's class determines its Pokémon's moveset - for instance, archers gain long-distance moves for their Pokémon while healers get status buffs and the like. Wild Pokémon can be encountered in pre-scripted events or scattered across the world map between chapters.
