The Elite Four (Japanese: 四天王 The Big Four, lit. Four Heavenly Kings) are four Pokémon Trainers who are regarded as the toughest in their regional Pokémon League, short of the Pokémon League Champion. Those who challenge the Elite Four must have won all eight Badges from that region and face all four and the current Champion consecutively without losing to any of them.
One group resides on Indigo Plateau in Kanto and are considered the best Trainers in both Kanto and Johto, another is located in Ever Grande City in Hoenn, and three more reside at Pokémon Leagues in Sinnoh, Unova, and Kalos.
In the games, they employ the use of strong healing items in battle. In Kanto, the Elite Four must be battled in a fixed order. and it did not change !
Lorelei[]
Lorelei (Japanese: カンナ Kanna) is a Master Ice-type Trainer and member of the Kanto Elite Four and She is the first Trainer of the Elite Four. She is known for her logical, calculated, and cool style of battling.
Bruno[]
Bruno (Japanese: シバ Siba) is a Master Fighting-type Trainer and member of the Elite Four of Kanto and Johto He raises Fighting-type Pokémon, living with them and training with them. He joined the Elite Four out of a desire to challenge the best Trainers
Agatha[]
Agatha (Japanese: キクコ Kikuko) is a Master Ghost-type Trainer. In Generations I and III, she is an elderly woman who is the third and oldest member of the Kanto Elite Four. and the oldest one to date. As such, she serves as an inspiration for senior Pokémon Trainers all around the region. She uses Ghost-type Pokémon, and other Pokémon with horrifying appearances.

Lance (Japanese: ワタル Wataru) is a Master Dragon-type Trainer, a member of the Kanto Elite Four in Generation I and Generation III and the Pokémon Champion of the Indigo Plateau in Generation II and Generation IV.
