DREW (known as ドリュー or DREW's Adventure in Japan) is the first game in the DREW series. The game stars a 14 year old human named DREW who has pyro abilities and sets out on a journey to rescue his friends and family who were kidnapped by an mysterious villain named Specrious.

The game was released exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo IC and Hybrid Δ in late 2011.

GameplayEdit

The gameplay is a mix between the classic RPG genre and the Action/Adventure genre. The player can choose to fight enemies in an RPG styled battle or just defeat the enemies normally, there is also the option for 2 players to play at the same time, Player 1 controls DREW and Player 2 controls Cholk Naters.

PlotEdit

At the start of another quiet day in Sunspring Town, DREW was out training to use his pyro abilities in the forest near Sunspring Town. Suddenly he heard a loud explosion sound which came from the direction of the town, DREW instantly rushed to see what was happening when he saw a figure flying off in the distance in a strange vehicle. DREW then ran into his best friend, Cholk Naters who told him that a mysterious villain who calls himself Specrious had invaded the town and kidnapped many of DREW and Cholk's friends and family. Cholk then explained how he had managed to escape but that his grandfather Lance Naters was among one of the kidnapped villagers, DREW and Cholk then searched the town and found that everyone but them had been taken.

DREW's super form Shadow DREW is also used during the final boss fight with Specrious, in his Shadow DREW form he can fly, is incredibly fast and has increased fire power.

• During the naming process of the game many different names such as "Pyro Tales" and "DREW's Quest" were pitched, it was later decided that the game would simply be called "DREW" in the end though.
