Conker's Bad Fur Day came up with the idea of the company when he saw Conker sitting in the woods crying, due to his game series being unpopular and discontinued. Conker's Bad Fur Day happily decided to make up the company and Conker immediately joined the company. Conker kinda thought at first if he was doing copyright infringement, due to him saying didn't Rareware create me? Conker's Bad Fur Day then happily told him that you can make games about yourself because you cannot copyright yourself.
