Commonwealth: Tokyo Mew Mew is the first show in Commonwealth. It centers around Adam Levine, who is infused with fox DNA and given the ability to turn into Mew Adam. He must find the other 41 "Mew Mews" and defeat the Lunars.

The parody of Tokyo Mew Mew is currently being developed. It is set to air its first episode on Google Drive and Google+ on January 1, 2015, and to air January 6 of the same year on YouTube, Yahoo Video, Vimeo, DailyMotion, and ZippCast.

Each episode is about ten minutes in length, unlike an average television show, which lasts for twenty-two minutes or so. Also, the entire series is spoken in Japanese with English subtitles.

InukaneStudios plans to release a sequel to parody Mew Mew Power, 4Kids Entertainment's English dub of Tokyo Mew Mew, in which the. 42 Mew Mews must battle their American counterparts, not to mention Alfred Kahn.

Plot

The series follows Adam Levine, who visits Tokyo, Japan on an overseas Maroon 5 tour. There, two mysterious scientists in masks bathe him in a strange light, where he sees himself being merged with an Arctic Fox. After almost being kidnapped by evil Lunar aliens, he is met by a 17 year-old scientist named Ryō Shirogane. Adam learns that he is one of 42 hybrids known as Mew Mews, and can transform into a fox-man named Mew Adam. He must find their leader, Mew Ichigo, before the Lunar Queen Levana takes over Earth.

Development

Currently, the series is still being written. The first season will have twenty-six episodes, so there will be many scripts to write.
