Almost everyone of the Battle of Bracelets series are also co-owned by Samtendo, which means you can ask him for permission to use the characters and other materials instead of Yami no Tenshi (t∣b∣c) as long as you intend to make them true to their characters. Be sure to ask which characters that you cannot use under any circumstance until further notice, though.
