Beldum, known in Japan as ダンバル (Beldum), is a dual-type Steel/Psychic-type Pokémon. Beldum evolves into Metang starting at Lv. 20, which evolves into Metagross at Lv. 45. Beldum is a genderless Pokémon.

Biology

Beldum is a Pokémon that appears to be completely made out of light blue-gray metal. It has a head-like feature with a single, red eye on it. This head is attached to its body, which resembles a leg of Metagross. At the bottom of its body is a set of white spikes.

Trivia

Origin

Beldum looks vaguely like a dumbell, referencing its name, and its body looks a lot like a leg of Metagross, one of Beldum's later evolutions, as stated earlier.

Name Origin

Beldum's name is simply the syllables of dumbell reversed, with an l from bell removed.
