Baby Peach is the baby form of Peach from the Yoshi games. She proved helpful to Yoshi in her appearance in Yoshi's Island DS. Baby Mario has always had a crush on her. She is best friends with Baby Daisy.

Baby Peach is an unlockable character in Yoshi's Island 2, unlocked after beating the game. Prior to being unlocked, she is the damsel in distress of the game, kidnapped by Baby Bowser and Kamek.

Peach stars as a non playable character in the Wii platformer Super Mario Bros: Diaper Duty. She along with Baby Daisy and her parents are kidnapped by King Koopa so she sends a distress signal out to the other star children.
