Baby Funky is a baby version of the adult Funky Kong who appears in many of Mario baby-based games. Even as a baby, he is still the "Cool Kong". Near the end of the Diaper Duty Series, he becomes one of the Star Children.

Baby Funky appears as a non playable character in the wii platformer Super Mario Bros: Diaper Duty. He is held captive by Prince K. Rool along with Baby Donkey Kong when they are freed he goes home to the Kong tribe while Baby Donkey Kong leaves with his friends.

Baby Funky is a player on the Baby Brigade team on the multiplayer wii sports game Mario Rugby League. He is the strongest character on his team with average skill but poor speed. His special skill is to throw a wrench as an extended tackle.
