Arrow is a normal Bristle, and a partner in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door 2. He was living in Shhwonk Fortress, and he had fought and lost to Mario using the POW! Block. He had heard about the planet's problem, and had asked Mario to join. Mario, of course, accepted.
