Palutena is a Greek-style goddess who resembles a young (23-year-old) woman. She has very long, voluminous green hair that extends down to her feet, and has matching green eyes. She wears a white dress with red and gold trim that opens up on her left side. Her entire outfit is adorned with golden jewelry, including a tiara, a large pendant, a belt with many ornaments hanging from it, and bracers on both of her arms. In her right hand she holds her staff, which is blue and gold with a transparent blue orb on the tip, while she has a blue "mirror shield" strapped to her left arm. Her footwear is mismatched; she wears a gold bangle and a short brown sandal on her right leg, and a long white stocking with a thigh-high brown sandal on her left leg. Behind her head is an ethereal light blue halo with a similarly ethereal pair of wings.
In-game, the orb on Palutena's staff, as well as her "halo" and "wings", appear to be floating. These parts are rendered in clear plastic for the amiibo, and are attached to her staff/body.
- She is the first amiibo to be exclusive to an online retailer.
